Income Sources

It is very easy to decide what we want to spend money on. But it is more complicated to figure out where that money is going to come from. Any average person can tell you what they want to do with a million dollars. Yet most of them can’t tell you how they are going to make that million. Money doesn’t fall from the sky but follows a chain from the central banks of the world, through a source of income to the individual. All the money you have received has come through a source of income. This may be a job, a business, a connection, your family or your investment. Work is at the core of income sources. I am not talking about hard labour but productivity. When you produce you are rewarded for your productivity. Work hard. Work smart. Work more. You must have a good source of income to make good money. Some sources of income are annual while others are monthly, daily or even hourly. If you have no source of income you will have no money. To break the cycle of financial struggle you must have a reliable source of income. What do you have as your income source? That is where you financial freedom lies. You may even need a better source of income. Sticking to that income source that is not making financial sense is not wise. You may have to shift and make a change that will change your situation. Do something to change your situation.

SCRIPTURE READING: PROVERBS 10:4 & PROVERBS 20:4 Lazy hands bring poverty, but hard-working hands lead to wealth. A lazy person doesn’t plow in the proper season; he looks for a harvest, but there is nothing.

Dear God, grant me the grace and wisdom to have a good source of income to make good money. May I go beyond a chance to a place of understanding my sources of income. I apply myself to your ways and wisdom that I may increase in you from glory to glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
