Time and again I have seen victory come almost out of nowhere. We get super-surprised when the hand of God works glorious wonders for us in times and places we didn’t expect. Is it the connections? Is it the timing, experience, knowledge or just chance? Yet there are times you cross every tee, doing all due diligence and victory is scarce. What to do when overtaken and overwhelmed. So we fight in the best way we know how. We strengthen ourselves and swing as hard as possible. But the ultimate place of victory is the place of prayer. It’s not your working but the working of God through you to bring His purpose to pass. Prayer is where the victory is put together by God. You simply work with God to position yourself for that victory.
Stop fighting in the natural. There is no lasting victory in the worldly approaches shared by many. Take the spiritual path and walk in that place of prayer, the place of victory. Every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess. Whatever may have resisted you for years will not stand forever. You have a sure victory awaiting you in the Lord. At that victory place, you will surely triumph. As you show up in the day, you know it’s not just what you are doing today but what God has done in the spirit. As you stand on the threshold, you stand in the victory that has already been won in the place of prayer; the place of victory. Are you tempted to fight in the natural? Don’t forget to begin in the place of prayer where you can attain true eternal victory in the Lord.
SCRIPTURE READING: 1 CORINTHIANS 15:54-58
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Dear God, Thank you for victory in Jesus Christ. You have made me for victory that your Name may be glorified on the earth. My children and I are signs and wonders upon the earth to reveal your goodness to men. So even today I embrace and walk in victory in Jesus’ Name. Amen
