Victory is sweet and invigorating. Nothing energizes people like attaining victory. We all need to savour the spoils of our victory and enjoy the blessings of the Lord. But in the pursuit of perfection and vision. Many high achievers don’t take the time off to enjoy their victory. They are perpetually pressing forward and working on projects that they forget to enjoy the victory they have attained. This continual pursuit of things steals the joys we should be enjoying along the way.
Make sure you enjoy every victorious step you take. Don’t wait for your haters to give you a timeout. Remember to be aware and grateful to God for the victory you enjoy along the way. As long as you get any victory, big or small, rejoice in the Lord your God. Enjoy your family, your achievements, your promotions and the progress you make every step of the way. Take time away from the fight to enjoy the blessings you have been given.
SCRIPTURE READING: ISAIAH 12:3
