APPRECIATION

We have occasionally heard the word appreciation and known it to mean expression of gratitude. Being able to thank and appreciate is a virtue. But allow me to add an understanding element unto appreciation. If you appreciate a matter, it not only means that you are thankful but it also means you understand that matter. You grasp the significance and magnitude of the issue at hand and are able to order your life as one that appreciates the matter.

I am talking about appreciation as understanding the Lord’s good work in you and whatever He is doing in your life. Appreciate the implications, order your life accordingly and let this all result in your thanksgiving which is appreciation. The elevate season must be appreciated. This will result in moving into the fullness of the blessing the Lord has in store for you. Those that don’t appreciate a matter will be disqualified from the blessing at hand. Those who appreciate are in a class apart, grasping the season and its blessings. Appreciate the Lord today.

SCRIPTURE READING: Luke 17:11-19

Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off. And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”  so when He saw them, He said to them, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.
