BLESSED TO SERVE

The greatest blessing on earth is going about doing the will of God and serving his kingdom. This is a blessing that keeps on giving for generations. Case in point, Abraham; He came out of nowhere and decided to serve the Lord. Thousands of years later, we still know his name and see the blessing of God upon his seed. Even those that are not his biological seed access the blessing simply through their imitation of his faith.

You can’t out give God. His blessings upon you will chase you down. As you dedicate your life to serve Jesus, you are placed in the eye of the storm or should I say the eye of the blessing. You are right at the heart of awesome things in the Lord and life, Buckle up. You are on a supersonic glory train that can’t be stopped. Keep serving and you will keep riding the glory train of blessing.

SCRIPTURE READING: Genesis 12:1-3

Now the Lord had said to Abram: Get out of your country, from your family
and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you.  I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing.  I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

DEVOTION PRAYER:

Loving Father, I now know that it’s a blessing to serve. I believe that your blessing is chasing me down. I choose to embrace the grace of serving you in Jesus’ name. Amen
