Imagine going into a soccer game and one side seems to win all the right calls from referee. The decisions favour them till they score three goals. The opposing team fights hard to equalise and through hard work and serious sweat, the ball is finally in the back of the net. Everyone is shocked when the referee disallows the goal. Through protests and shouts the referee blows the final whistle and the favoured team wins. That was the case when Congo played Gabon some twelve years back. The game had been fixed and the referee bribed to ensure that Congo wins.

The same applies to you. God the referee has fixed your game in your favour. Everything the devil does will eventually work for your good. Everything and everyone that comes against you literally fights God. The end result is inevitable. Before the battle starts your victory is guaranteed. God will work every situation for your good. The opposition may complain and bicker but the fact will hold clear at the end of the day, you are victorious. Your position is defined and decided before you get started. All you have to do is go through the process and stand your ground. You are victorious!

SCRIPTURE READING: Ephesians 1:3-4

Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly [places] in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,

Devotion Prayer: Abba Father, I am grateful for your Love that is covering me and breaking every strong hold. I am thankful that you fight every battle. I am bold and confident that I’m victorious in Christ Jesus. Amen.
