We all love good stories. We listen with intent and enjoy the feelings such stories create. While the stories are told we begin to imagine the picture being painted and get carried away in the story. We engage our senses of smell, sight and taste as the story unfolds. It’s because such stories are words of something that has been and we begin to see the possibilities.
The same is true about our testimony. This is a story of what the Lord has done. Listening to such a story creates the reality of that story in our hearts through the imagination of our minds and spirit. Your testimony creates the scenario where God can flourish and do extra ordinary things for you. You remind yourself and others of what the Lord has done in the past. This is evidence of what He is capable of doing. Now your faith is coming alive because this is possible. Don’t hold your tongue silent. Tell of the great things God has done in your life. Testify to victory!
SCRIPTURE READING: Revelations 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Dear God, thank you for the victory that comes with the word of my testimony. I believe the more I testify the more victory is defined. I choose not to remain silent but to proclaim of your victory in me through Christ. Hallelujah
