There are times our joy is literary robbed from us by one thing or another. We start the day beaming with joy until we encounter that one thing that steals the joy. Such is the power of wrong words. When we encounter the wrong words, we literary get knocked down by those wrong words. We are busy getting things done until someone tells us we have no business doing whatever we have been doing. Such words can paralyse even the strongest of men.
Keeping your joy means avoiding words that steal it. Be careful what you listen to on a regular basis. Refuse to be sucked into the worldly message going about you. From television to radio, news articles, music and friends. All these are capable of giving you words that will make or break you. Many times these are words from people who are close to your heart; those you love and admire. Guard your spirit from the words that can steal your joy.
