Daily Devotion

We live in what has been termed as the age of technology and information. Today it sound like an inexcusable crime for one to live life ignorant of some things when “google” is there to let you in on what you did not know or were not aware of. Many times Christians have missed wonderful moments to change circumstances because they were ignorant. The perfect antidote for ignorance is knowledge. I once came across a plaque that read: “If you thought education was expensive try ignorance.” I sure had a good laugh that day. From that day, I purposed to study, read and become knowledgeable about things that matter in life; both spiritual and natural. Knowledge is available but has to be acquired by those who value it. As we plunge deeper into this season of supernatural harvest, we need to seek and acquire knowledge concerning the specific fields where God has planted us. This will enable us to become very effective in bringing in the supernatural harvest that God has in store for us. This is because we will live, talk and work as knowledgeable people.

Hosea 4: 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for me. Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

Heavenly Father, I pray that as we launch deeper into this season of supernatural harvest, you will lead me to acquire the knowledge and intelligence that is needed to bring in the supernatural harvest that you have prepared for me in Jesus Name, Amen
