It is one thing to have information and a completely different story to understand the information, a situation or someone. The former has to do with the head and the latter has a lot to do with the heart in addition to the head. Understanding always provokes action. That is why we need to always go beyond just having information or knowledge to a place where our understanding leads to action. The Bible talks about the children of Issachar one of the tribes of Israel who possessed understanding of the times. They were able to discern the time that God brought them as a nation too. This understanding was very beneficial not only to them but also to the whole nation. May we not just end at knowing but understand that this is a time of supernatural harvest. That we may walk as those that have understanding of the times.
1 Chronicles 12:32 Of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred and all their brethren were at their command.
Heavenly Father, I pray that you may open the eyes of my understanding. Help me to understand these times of supernatural harvest and walk accordingly in Jesus Name, Amen.
