In the world of instant miracles, quick fixes, fast foods and the microwave dinner, most of us are looking for that instant gratification. But growth that lasts and blessings that stand the test of time usually take time. Don’t be shy to do the time and wait for the real breakthrough that will last generations. Dedicate time to the things you love and the growth you desire. Refuse the shortcut to glory and rather wait out your seasons to change.
Growth in life and ministry takes time so dedicate time to the growth you desire. Patiently invest the appropriate effort and sacrifice to those things that mean the world to you. Invest time to grow into that image that will be seen by all. Stop skimming the surface looking for a quick buck or fix. Patiently work the work, walk the walk instead of just talking the talk. Dedicate hours to horning your skill to that place of standing out as you make others outstanding. Give it time!
SCRIPTURE READING: Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.
DEVOTION PRAYER: Heavenly Father, teach me to dedicate time to grow in ministry. May I be patient in this training in Jesus’ name. Amen
