Life is interconnected. Bridges ensure that there is a free flow of ideas, resources, opportunities and blessings. Without bridges we become more isolated and incapable of achieving. We don’t need to build more walls, but rather build more bridges. The choices we make should bring better connections with the people and the things of God. God is going to give what you need to someone else so that you build those bridges to achieve your destiny. You are not an isolated island but part of an elaborate ecosystem that is interconnected for maximum results. Even your body is a series of connections that make it all work beautifully as a unit.
Many times people will burn bridges as soon as they have crossed them. Out of ignorance or plain foolishness, we discard, discredit and disregard the bridges we have crossed. We tend to forget and not care that we shall need to use those bridges again. Others also are interested in using the same bridges we are burning. More like climbing a tree while chopping every branch we have ascended. Remember that life is interconnected and the bridges you think are antiquated are the most vital to your survival. Build bridges and regularly service them to ensure they are able to serve you in the future.
SCRIPTURE READING: Ecclesiastes 4:11-12 Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
DEVOTION PRAYER: Oh Lord, teach me to build bridges that motivate, inspire and transform my life. May they be vital to me so as to bring an impact in my life in Jesus’ name, Amen
