I have always wondered who came up with the concept of separating the airplane cabin into business and economy class. One airplane is separated by what people are willing to pay. One category pays much more for essentially the same basic service which is moving from one place to another. Those in business class are pampered while those in economy just get by. They all arrive at the same destination at the same time but those in business class get there with so much comfort and style, the experience is totally different. When I first flew business, it was just three of us with an entire cabin to ourselves while those in economy were packed in like sardines. The food, the legroom and event he smiles were different. That is when I realised, your position determines your experience.
We must understand our position in life and the kingdom of God and how it relates to the experiences we are having. While we are worked up about our experiences, we need to see how they are a direct result of our position. As we try to change our experiences, we probably need to change our position. And while we stay in the same position, we shouldn’t expect much to change until we reposition ourselves. Kingdom prosperity is a result of us understanding our position in the kingdom as operating from that place of position.
SCRIPTURE READING: Daniel 2:47-48 The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth [it is], that your God [is] a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret. Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the wise [men] of Babylon.
DEVOTION PRAYER: Dear Lord, guide me to understand my position and operation in the kingdom.Amen.
