Daily Devotion

It is one thing to make wealth and a totally different one to keep it. The internet is loaded with stories of many who have made good money only to squander it in a gif. I have witnessed many individuals blow fortunes on things they don’t need and end thier lives in abject poverty.

It is also true that while a few individuals enter larges amounts of wealth, suddenly most make their money little by little through a process of wise expenditure and good financial management. What you may consider little can become a fortune if handled prudently.

Many individuals spend their money as soon as they get it, while others spend it before they get it. Being wealthy requires good financial planning, management and controlled expenditure attuned to a realistic priority list. Every dime you make is an opportunity to get further on the road to financial liberty. Don’t be caught in the rat race of keeping up with the Joneses. Strategically control your expenditure and you shall be on your way to abundance.

SCRIPTURE READING: Proverbs 21:20 [There is] desirable treasure, And oil in the dwelling of the wise, But a foolish man squanders it.

DEVOTION PRAYER: Dear God, teach me how to keep wealth, amen.
