Every time change comes our way, we are faced with obvious question of what to do with that change. This change management is the most crucial thing today. Because change is rapidly coming our way, we can’t just continue with life as usual. We must positively respond to this change and make the most of it.

What has been your response to the change around you? What is the best course of action in light of the rapid changing landscape? Now that change is here, what opportunities have popped up and how can you take advantage. All this is change management and you must get into it.

God gives you grace and mercy every day so you can make the most of the life He has granted you. Every change situation has a God given opportunity that you must seize. Don’t let change overtake you while you watch on the sidelines of life. Get into it and make it work for you.

SCRIPTURE READING: Lamentations 3:21-26 This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. [Through] the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. [They are] new every morning; Great [is] Your faithfulness. ” The LORD [is] my portion,” says my soul, ” Therefore I hope in Him!” The LORD [is] good to those who wait for Him, To the soul [who] seeks Him. [It is] good that [one] should hope and wait quietly For the salvation of the LORD.
