DELIBERATELY GROW YOUR FAITH

Many Christians put their faith and christian walk on autopilot. They believe things will just work themselves out as they watch from the sidelines. While there are times God will surprise us, the rule is that God wants you to be part of your deliverance and healing. It is not enough to leave things in the hands of God while God is expecting us to participate in whatever He is doing in our lives today. I say thing in particular regard to your faith. You must be deliberate about increasing and growing your faith.

Putting your heart and mind on particularly growing your faith will position you to seek God in that area and release the grace of God to work in your life in that particular area. People like to come to God in unclear terms believing for unclear things and some how hope they get something good. Faith is particular and deliberate. Growing in faith is particular and deliberate. Focus your heart and mind on growing your faith in Jesus name.

SCRIPTURE READING: Mark 11:20-24 Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.” So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive [them,] and you will have [them.]

DEVOTION PRAYER: Dear God, I choose to be deliberate with faith. I put my heart and mind to grow in faith in Jesus mighty name, amen.
