Just like any good meal can’t be as tasty as it’s claimed to be until it is served, true biblical faith can not become a reality until the speaking part is added to the believing part. Believing God’s Word can be likened to loading a gun with amunition. The speaking part is then likened to pulling the trigger. No wonder the enemy wants to control our beliefs and much more what we say. He knows that our words have a lot of potential to change circumstances. We ought to also have that awareness but also use our words combined with our belief based on God’s word to change situations in our favor.
SCRIPTURE READING: Romans 10: 9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
DEVOTION PRAYER: Heavenly Father, teach me to use my words to release my faith in you that your plans and purposes might become a reality in my life in Jesus Name, Amen
