Paragliding is a relatively new, expensive and rare sport. Basically people will watch the wind and all that is going on up there in terms of the weather, then they will get their massive kites that can carry a person or two and launch into the wind and fly a manned and unpowered machine for long distances all powered by the wind. The direction, speed and all the basics of the flight are determined by the wind. What the people have to learn to do is understand the wind, their kite and how they can make the most of both. I believe the same applies when it comes to God working miracles in our lives.

Miracles are authored by God and such the best we can do is understand what God is doing, make the most of it and surrender to his working. It is impossible to move God. What you can really do is know where and how God is moving then just go along for the ride of a life time. What is God doing today? How can you attach yourself to the working of God in that particular situation? How do you move with God today? What is that particular thing that the Lord is working in and around you this season? When you discern and surrender to the will of God, you are in for a lovely time of miracles, signs and wonders. Remember, it starts with God!

SCRIPTURE READING: John 3:1-8 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

DEVOTION PRAYER: My God, You’re doing tremendous things in my life and I am grateful. This is an assurance of your unfailing love towards me in Jesus name, amen.
