Many times, we miss out on opportunities that God brings our way because of distractions of life that blur our vision. Without focus, we end up coursing through life as spectators instead of active participants of what is going on in our lives. Both spectators and participants may be in the same vicinity but their experiences will definitely differ. Spectators often watch what’s going on from afar yet participants are engaged in what’s going on. Spectators have the luxury of chatting while action is going on amongst the participants. Participants have to be alert all the time to avoid being caught off guard by their opponents. Life is happening right now and we ought to pay attention. Now is the time to employ the principle of focus as we engage in what will take us into our divine destiny.
