The good farmer takes lots of time preparing their ground before planting that precious seed. They till the land, weed it, fertilise it and do whatever it takes to ensure that it can handle the plants that will be coming through. More time is spent on preparation of the farmland than on the actual sowing process. It is not a matter of throwing seed out there and hoping it grows. The desired result is that the seed will grow to the point of giving you a beautiful harvest. The farmer knows that the ground is everything. Seed among rocks, foot paths, thorns and thistles will hardly grow. The farmer therefore goes through the pain staking process of preparing good capable ground.
The harvest you are looking for is not going to come from some shabby ground where you occasionally throw your seed. You must take the precious time and effort to work your ground so it can handle your seed. I am talking about knowing where you are sowing and doing things right so you get the harvest. Take the time to give your ground the best chance of handling your seed. In prayer, your effort, wisdom, strategic guidance and pinpoint effort, you can ensure that your seed is falling onto absolutely beautiful and well prepared ground so it can have the perfect results.
