The story is told of the Japanese solider who was busy fighting the Americans in the Second World War. He was separated from his unit and lost all contact with the world. He kept fighting this guerrilla warfare for a good ten years. The only trouble was that the war had already ended and he was still fighting this invisible enemy, instead of enjoying the blessings of peace. He had endured a good eight years of misery and suffering out in the wilderness instead of being back home to civilisation.
Many Christians are like this good warrior. They are fighting some invisible battle instead of enjoying the blessing and grace provided in the kingdom. God has richly blessed us with many blessings that are designed to make our lives better. Just like any father desires and prepares the best for their children, God has got the best in store for you. Through the many spiritual blessings God has provided, you should gain unlimited access to the blessings of God.
Obviously there is a learning curve and a growing in the process, but more than anything, we must deliberately get into the blessings of God. We can turn our hearts and minds onto the things of God and the good blessings of His kingdom. You are destined to thrive, prosper and do very well in this life. The blessings of God are available to make your life better with every passing day. As you set your hearts and mind on the things of God, you will walk in the fullness of His grace, goodness and blessings
