I once came across an interesting book that was authored by a seasoned man of God about some of the challenges he had personally encountered in his walk with the Lord as well as in his ministry life. He went to great detail to elaborate about the ease with which many of God’s children and servants who have known what it means to struggle in their earlier lives can often squander the blessing that God brings their way. There are many believers who have settled for the enemy’s lie that God doesn’t love them let alone want them to prosper. This is far from what scripture says about God’s desire for His children to prosper. The question isn’t about whether God wants them to prosper but about their ability or capacity to handle God’s blessing. Many times as we build our capacity to handle God’s blessing, He leads us into greater levels of handling the same. Let’s apply ourselves to God’s Word and His principles as we build our capacity to carry Kingdom Prosperity.
SCRIPTURE READING: Matthew 25: 19-21 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
DEVOTION PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I pray that you will increase my capacity to handle Kingdom Prosperity as I study your word and walk with you in Jesus Name, Amen
